Cancellations by Guests

If you wish to cancel your booking, please inform us as early as possible. Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations made 15 days or more before the scheduled check-in date:
→ 100% refund
Cancellations made within 8 days of the scheduled check-in date:
→ 50% cancellation charge (50% refund)
No Show (failure to arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice):
→ No refund

Cancellation timelines and charges may vary slightly depending on the room type, season, package, or group booking.
